Any good TV’s for under a kitchen cabinet?

Pat G asked:

I want to buy my wife a nice under the cabinet TV for our kitchen. We have Dish Network satellite TV, but I don’t want to run the wiring into my kitchen. Are there any good TV’s that will pick up over the air signals without me having to buy an antenna?

I would find a way to run the wiring. They are going to stop broadcasting air signals Jan or Feb 2009.. everything will be digital.

you should get her the flat screen tv’s made especially for kitchens that fold down, and you put them under a high kitchen cabinet. That would make a great christmas present so she can cook and watch tv at the same time. And its best to get a cable to the satellite signal, but just try to hide the cable

Something like this has a flip down screen and a built in TV, plays music, AM FM radio and also plays MP3’s if you burn them to a CD.

Come on while your wife is cooking you can be professionally running a line to your TV.

No seriously….not the best choice to put a TV in the kitchen, it will get greasy and dirty.

In my townhouse we have a bar area by kitchen, you can look out to the dining room. I mounted a flat screen there so it’s really in the dining room.

Gosh we are so American with our flat screens everywhere. I even setup a wireless camera at the front and rear of my home and I have a flat screen for that.

    I’m like the frickin’ jetsons.
