Best rated paint for kitchen cabinet redo?

I want to use the best rated and performance paint to redo/repaint my kitchen cabinets. I am leaning towards an oil based as I redid my bathroom with a water based paint designed for cabinets and I didn’t like the results. Yes, I prepped the surface but it still chipped.

Anyone have any good recommendations having actually used a product?
