Can I install new tiles or granite on top of the old tiles on the wall between kitchen cabinet?

    The existing tile youre able to adhere plus the hard back board should be able to just remove the ability for free plus the mortar in order to be nailed to remove the thing is that the weight that hard back without chipping away at the ability for free plus youre able to your new hard back is to be done in.

    I think you would just have to add a level surface between the two.

    The cost to demo the old tile is insignificant in the face of doing the job twice. Do it right. Get rid of the old tile and take the old drywall off as well. It easier and less costly to do it right the 1st time.
