How much should I pay a cabinet shop to cut a leaf out of a long oak table?

I have, unassembled, a table that’s normally too long for our dining room. I’d like to cut a leaf out of it so we can use its full length only when we need it. How much should it cost to have a local cabinet shop cut out the middle of the table top and two aprons?
Epoxy Floor Paint
