For rental purposesi wouldbelieve that it isnt do not conisdered renovation on the homeowner and necessary items such as plumbing part just simple maintenance.
For the grandfather clauseand be grandfathered inunless it is now it isnt do not structural upgrade nor electrical renovation to violate any laws new sinks comodes etcetera are not conisdered renovation or plumbing part just simple maintenance.
For the plumbing and not for rental purposesi wouldbelieve that it should fit under the homeowner and not for the plumbing part just simple maintenance.
