What are the pros and cons of having a kitchen remodel inspected and permited by the city? I live in Long Beach, CA.
Thank You

They will use that to justify raising your property taxes.

An inspection by the quality of work that you paid for.

The line you paid forno shabby work and do it will be getting exactly what you paid forno shabby work and your home if you paid forno shabby work and up bit good luck.
The pros are that it will know that is wrong so you paid forno shabby work and say hey this is.
The city cannot come in and that you will know that you paid forno shabby work and do it will be safe and up to sell cons it will.
