Likely not. Specify location for company recommendations. Get a few estimates locally and don’t use the company that is the cheapest without checking multiple references. Normally the price that is in the middle of the range is a good one to trust.
I was looking for contractor to renovate my 3 room flat as well. From the items you listed, I don’t think you can find any contractor. Just built-in wardrobe alone, it’s about S$180 per sqaure feet, it will probably cost you more than 2k if you want it on each room. If you can find one. please let me know.
