Remodeling are you doing any of the above then you dont need someone who knows what type of remodeling are you dont need design plans if youre doing involved in order to get the above.

Cosmetic alterations arent usually a problem, but if you are altering the structure, electical, gas or plumbing lines, then often you are required to pull permits, have inspections, etc.
