We are have recently made an offer to purchase a property with two 3 x1 duplex’s already erected on the property requiring quite a bit of renovation. We have had a look around and it is all so confusing & expensive. Can anyone please give us some advise on how we can renovate the Kitchen’s in both property’s at a reasonable price?

I’m a big proponent of getting Trade School kids involved. Many are in carpentry classes and need the experience. A teacher educated in the trade oversee’s them. Whether you pay the school or the individuals is something that must be worked out with the teacher. It’s a great way to occupy kids, keep them out of trouble and give them a skill they use throughout their lives.
